VALIDATION CYCLE

We validate each critical stage of the transaction

Depending on the approved scope, the Chamber may intervene before, during or after production to reduce commercial, technical and documentary risks prior to payment, shipment or receipt of the goods.

International Commercial Validation Solutions

We support import, export and international procurement operations through documentary review, commercial validation and technical coordination according to the required scope.

Document Review

We analyze technical datasheets, proforma invoices, registrations, existing certificates, catalogs, photographs, commercial background and any available supporting documentation.

Commercial Validation

We verify the consistency between the declared information, the product, the supplier, the country of origin, the commercial destination and the purpose of the international operation.

On-site Verification at Origin

We coordinate associated technical partners to validate products, suppliers, facilities, warehouses or processes in the country where the operation takes place.

RISKS WE MITIGATE

Risks We Help Reduce

Each validation seeks to identify commercial, technical or documentary inconsistencies before making payments, releasing production, shipping goods or receiving cargo.

Proforma invoices, technical datasheets, catalogues, prior certificates and photographs.
Declared data on product, supplier, origin, destination and transaction.
Identification of shortages, inconsistencies or insufficient documentation.
The objective is to determine whether the available documentation reasonably supports the transaction or if additional validations are required.
Operational site validation
We coordinate the verification of factories, warehouses, offices, production facilities or logistical points linked to the transaction.
Documented visual evidence
The report may include photographs of the premises, work areas, products, machinery, storage, packaging or presented documentation.
Product and declared conditions
The product's existence is verified, including its general presentation, visible quantities, condition, packaging, identification, and consistency with the information provided.
Supplier and premises
We validate signs of operational activity, available infrastructure, commercial data, staff on site, and correspondence among supplier, address, and operations.
Observable capacity and processes
Where applicable, productive areas, equipment, visible processes, storage, dispatch, and general operating conditions are reviewed.
Verification report
The collected information is incorporated into the institutional report, with defined scope, findings, evidence, and limitations of the validation performed.
Issuance of Certificate and Institutional Report
Upon completion of the validation, the Chamber may issue a certificate or institutional report with an identification number, date, approved scope, elements reviewed, observations, and a verification mechanism.
